Compact® - mobile slaughtering unit
The innovative and unique movable and compact slaughtering plant allows You to have the rooms used to slaughter, free to be used for other uses. Whereas rooms are unavailable the "Compact®" however allows to You to slaughter. Two person can slughter an average of 150/400 daily head, using the automatic slaughterhouse 5 operators can slaughter 350 head/hour. Available also to slaughter other animals (ducks, ruminants,pigs, ostrich,etc.)
The structure made of galvanized iron is painted with special long life varnish and is provided of two twin wheels or a sledge to be moved both by hand or by tractor using the special hook (optional).
Provided of:
-Two adjustable openings on the side walls for the correct air circulation, protected with anti-mosquito net panels;
-Four supports at four corners which allow the consolidation of the stability and the levelling of the structure once positioned;
-Lighting plant.
The equipment (as the following list) and the inside walls are made of stainless steel.

The progressive evolution of the requirements expressed from the zootechnical field and the introduction of rigorous normative ties in the slaughtering process has induced Faza to develop new technological solutions, creating the innovative mobile slaughterhouse COMPACT®, fruit of its own 40 years experience and the contribution of its staff of qualified engineers and technicians. The system offers a concrete solution to the growing requirements for many operators, small breeders and other companies that are often hampered to access fixed slaughterhouses due to logistical and economical difficulties or due to the lack of space to carry out in-house the slaughtering process.
The COMPACT® slaughterhouse is produced in various models adapted for the treatment of poultry, rabbits, sheep, goats, dimensioned to respond adequately to specific needs, both for small and high productions. The characteristics of the unit are based on the wise integration of equipment and machinery. All the details are accurately designed in order to optimize every single operation, simplify and speed up the entire working cycle, assuring obvious advantages in terms of competitiveness.

All the COMPACT® systems have the Ministerial authorization and are compliant with the directives regarding the control of the environmental impact. The slaughterhouse has been conceived in order to operate in the most various climatic conditions and is realized with materials that guarantee stability, resistance and operating efficiency. It is constituted by a self-carrying structure with sections in galvanized steel.
Outside walls and roof are realized with insulated panels: the antislide floor is in embossed aluminium sheet. Along the sidewalls there are wide windows in PVC with tilting opening protected with mosquito nets. The inner coverings, the machinery and the equipments destined to the slaughtering operations are entirely constructed in stainless steel iso 304 for aliments
